At Nounou, everything begins and ends with noodles.
Chef Kim, a French Culinary School graduate in NYC, draws on his experiences across Eastern and Western kitchens to create bowls that are comforting, bold, and full of soul.
We’re not a traditional ramen shop—our “Asian-ish” dishes are inspired by noodles from across Asia, the ones Chef Kim grew up with, discovered on his travels, and learned to love.
Every bowl reflects his family, his journey, and his love for noodles—warm, satisfying, and made just for you in the East Village.
